The Men’s Fall Walk to Grace walk starts next Thursday, Sept 3rd, at Allen’s Chapel in Smithville. The Men’s Walk is Thursday, September 3rd-6th. Women’s walk is September 17-20th. Men’s Advance 2027: Early Bird Registration Is Open! Highlands Men are heading back to Colorado February 17th–20th, for Men’s Advance at Charis Bible College! Early Bird registration is now open. Operation Christmas Child (OCC) is wrapping up its collection of school supplies for August. In September, they are collecting sewing kits, yo-yo’s and toys that a boy might enjoy! This ministry helps Highlands bless more than 1,300 children each year through Samaritan’s Purse. Also, if you would like to help organize this amazing ministry, see Carol Watson.

Car maintenance help: Steve Tomarchio is offering to do basic car maintenance (oil changes, brakes, limited simple engine fixes) for any Highlands’ family in need. The cost of parts (oil/filter/brake pads/rotors/etc) will be the owners’ responsibility, but there is zero charge for labor and work. Again, this is for those here, who are truly in need. HIGHLANDERS YOUTH (ages 13 through 12th grade): Our youth meet every other Wednesday, immediately after worship. Watch announcements for weekly details and updates!
HIGHLANDS KIDS CHURCH (12 years and under): Children’s Church is available on Sundays & Wednesdays. Children are dismissed from the sanctuary after Worship. Please ensure your child/children are with you when they’re not in class. Children may not play on the playground without adult supervision. Thank you!
