HK Christmas Bazaar Volunteers – there will be a planning meeting after service on Sunday, July 20th.
Operation Christmas Child– As we move into July, let’s keep the excitement going for Operation Christmas Child! July is all about summer fun—think flip flops, jump ropes, and those extra-special items your own child would be thrilled to receive. As you shop, don’t forget the heart behind each shoebox: sharing the love of Christ. Most importantly, continue praying for this ministry and for each child who will hear the Good News through the simple gift of a shoebox.
The 3rd Annual HK Christmas Bazaar is scheduled for Saturday, November 1st, 2025, from 11 am to 4 pm. Just in time for the Christmas holiday, local vendors will display a variety of crafts, baked goods, and other homemade and unique creations. The only fee is to rent a table. Vendors keep their proceeds. This fundraiser for Highland’s Kids program has continued to grow each year. For more information on selling and buying, visit https://www.highlandschurchtn.org/hk-christmas-bazaar/
Note: The deadline for vendors to register and pay for table(s) is October 18th, 2025. Questions? See Kim Ward or Kim Gove.
HK Dismissal – Parents, please wait to bring your children to their classes until Highlands Kids are officially dismissed from the Sanctuary. That way, teachers have time to get to their classrooms.
Sanctuary Reminders – We love our sanctuary and every one of you! A few reminders:
1 – Please do not move the chairs in the sanctuary. The spacing between rows is designed to allow for the comfort of all guests. 2 – There is NO FOOD allowed in the sanctuary. Feel free to go to the Cafe if you need a snack during service. 3 – NO DRINKS are allowed except spill-proof containers of water. We thank you for helping us keep this space both sacred and worshipper-friendly.
