HK NEEDS YOU!: Church, we have a wonderful, loyal team serving in Highlands Kids (and we’re so thankful!), but we still need more to come onboard. Our church has grown substantially, and we’re blessed with so many new children to love and minister to…that’s why we need YOU! You’ll find applications/signups at the HK welcome desk!*

*Highlands Kids Leader/Volunteer TRAINING: To ALL those who plan to serve in HK in 2024 (seasoned servants and brand new servants), please plan to attend the training meeting on Jan. 28th after service. Lunch will be provided. Thank you to those who have committed to joining the team and helping.

SAVE the DATE, WED., DEC. 6th: Dr. Ming Wang will be with us as we host a very special, FREE viewing of SIGHT, Dec. 6th, 6pm! Sight, starring Oscar-nominated and Emmy-winning Greg Kinnear and Terry Chen, is based on the true story of Dr. Ming Wang, a poor Chinese immigrant, who defies all odds to become a world-renowned eye surgeon in the United States. Set in 1970’s rural China, a young Ming faces persecution and despair at every turn, but through the support of his dedicated family and his own unwavering determination, he finds his way to America, attends Harvard and MIT, and helps develop an innovative technology that restores sight in millions. Taking on the seemingly impossible challenge of helping a blind orphan, the resilient Dr. Wang must reconcile with his own traumatic past and face the harsh reality that the strength of his own will can only go so far. (We will not have our 4:30pm prayer time, but dinner will be served at 5pm. Dr. Wang’s presentation and movie will begin at 6pm.)

HIGHLANDERS STUDENTS (ages 13-19): We meet each Wed., immediately after worship/announcement in HK3 classroom.
