PUTTING PRAYERS INTO ACTION MINISTRY is coming to Highlands, THIS Wed., April 5th from 4-6 p.m. Their purpose is to bless children in need throughout the Appalachian region. FREE food, clothes, and toys will be given away. Spread the word!
Also, if you’re able to donate nice children’s clothing, shoes, or toys to Putting Prayers Into Action Ministry, please bring them Wednesday and give them directly to their ministry crew.
HOLY WEEK SERVICES are THIS WEEK, April 3rd-April 7th, Come join us as we gather from 12 noon to 1 p.m. daily at JFUMC, 102 Church St., for worship, Word, and food. HCOTC will be handling the Wednesday service at JFUMC.

WORSHIP/WORD: Sunday Worship begins at 10:00 a.m. The cafe will be open at 9:15 a.m. each Sunday. Wednesday worship starts at 6:00 p.m. Dinner every Wed at 5 pm.
*TIME OF PRAYER: Join us for prayer in the sanctuary Wednesdays, from 4:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., and on Sundays, from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. Please respect individuals’ quiet prayer time and reserve conversations for outside the sanctuary.
HK DISMISSAL: Highlands Kids families, please know that the HK team will be in classrooms on Sundays at 11:00 and Wednesdays at 7:00 if there hasn’t been a dismissal screen due to extended worship time.
HK DEPARTMENT: Thank you to those who have committed to joining the team and helping. We have a great need for lead teachers for both Wednesdays and Sundays.
CUMBERLAND G.A.P.: The G.A.P. DEADLINE is approaching quickly! Cost is $75 per camper. We always need sponsors, so please see Larissa if you are able to sponsor one or more campers. If your teen is able to be involved in this special outreach, the day camp dates are June 25th-30th. Adults, if you are interested in chaperoning, please see Larissa.
TEA CUPS: HK is still in need of TEA CUPS and SAUCERS. If you have any please bring them and put them in the HK storage room. Thank you.
HK Rada DEADLINE: Shop NOW for our Highlands Kids Fundraiser, Rada Cutlery: HK/RADA! Last day to order is TOMORROW April 5th, so get online to help Highlands Kids and special family outreaches by ordering online OR from a catalog (catalogs available at HK desk).
AZANIA CHILDREN’S CHOIR: Mark your calendars and spread the word, WED., MAY 3rd, 6 PM, at HCOTC, these beautiful children will sing and share the good news of our precious Lord. You won’t want to miss this incredible experience.
HIGHLANDERS STUDENTS: We meet each Wed., immediately after worship/announcements, in the cafe. Spread the word! This is for ages 13 through 19.
