HIGHLANDERS STUDENTS: We will begin meeting each Wed. beginning Sept. 14th, immediately after worship/announcements, in the cafe. Spread the word! This is for our high school-aged students (approx. age 13 through high school graduation).
Sept. 18th, HCOTC 15TH ANNIVERSARY: Don’t miss our 15th anniversary as a church! We will have breakfast at 9 a.m. Our celebration in the sanctuary will begin at 10 a.m. The Centre Companies will be with us! Plan to stay after to celebrate with cake and fellowship!
UKRAINE COAT COLLECTION: From now through Oct. 9th, we are collecting coats, hats, gloves, and scarves for The Orphans Hands ministries to distribute. Please drop them by HCOTC before/by Oct. 9th!
ARK ENCOUNTER (*updated!): We are planning a DAY trip to The Ark Encounter (Oct. 22nd, departing at 4:30 a.m. CT). Please put your name (and the names of those in your party) on the appropriate sign-up sheet ASAP. There is also a special educational/student rate for our students, their parents/siblings, and our HK leaders.
*We ARE very blessed to be able to charter a bus!, hallelujah! And we are even more blessed to offer this at $25 PER PERSON. We have a BRAND-NEW bus sign-up sheet, so sign-up ASAP! The bus can only accommodate 56 people. (Even if you previously signed up for the bus, please do it again.)

- General Discount: Adults (ages 18-59) $47.12; Seniors (60+) $40.76
- Education Discount: Adults AND Seniors (18+) $32.28; Youth (11-17) $19.56
- Kids ages 0-10 are FREE (but please list them so our ticket numbers are correct)
APOLLO LTD in Concert, Oct. 28th to kick off HCOTC FALL FAMILY FUN FEST WEEKEND: Don’t miss this HUGE weekend, Oct. 28th through the 30th! Friday, Oct. 28th, join us at 7 p.m. for Apollo LTD (doors open at 6 p.m.)! Saturday, Oct. 29th, Fall Family Fun Fest is happening, at 5 p.m. (food, candy, games, fellowship)! And on Sunday, Oct 30th, we are so excited to worship with our Highlands Kids as they lead our entire Sunday service! This is a weekend you will not want to miss!
HIGHLANDS KIDS to LEAD SERVICE, Sun., Oct. 30TH (ATTN Parents): Don’t miss this awesome service! All kids participating will practice at 10 a.m. each Sunday and 6 p.m. each Wednesday (with the exception of Sun., Sept. 18th). After practicing, if classes have not been dismissed, children will return to their families until class dismissal.

- Oct. 29th, Fall Family Fun Festival, 5-8 p.m., (church-wide event)
- Oct. 30th, HK will lead the entire Sunday service (church-wide event)
- Dec. 11th, HK Christmas play (church-wide event)
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: We have a few people needing a ride to church on Wednesdays and Sundays. You would truly be a blessing. If interested, please contact Marcia at the office, 931-879-6177.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD: Grab those flip-flops, soaps, washcloths, bandaids, and nylon bath puffs. Don’t forget school supplies like paper, pencils, sharpeners, and little notebooks. Also, please consider purchasing reusable personal hygiene products for older girls. Thank you!
CELEBRATE RECOVERY: Don’t miss Celebrate Recovery each Sunday, 5 p.m., at Manna House (please notice the location change!). If you aren’t familiar with this incredible recovery group, please contact Billy Webb for additional information.
PRAYER REQUESTS (or something to share): If you have a prayer request for the prayer team, a death in your family, a testimony, encouraging word, or an announcement to share, please send them to highlandscotc@gmail.com. WORSHIP/WORD: Sunday Worship begins at 10:00 a.m. The cafe will be open at 9:15 a.m. each Sunday. Wednesday Family Night Live starts at 6:00 p.m. Every LAST Wed. of the month, join us for dinner at 5 p.m.
TIME OF PRAYER: Join us for prayer in the sanctuary Wednesdays, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. Please respect individuals’ quiet time of prayer and reserve conversations for outside the sanctuary.
WED. DINNER REMINDER: Wednesday night dinner is happening on Sept. 28th, 5 p.m.
