This event is free, but we do ask that you support this artist/minister with an appropriate love offering.
SUNDAY SUMMER NIGHT LIVE, August 1st, 6 pm: Adam’s Road will be joining us for a powerful time of worship and ministry THIS Sunday night! Check out this beautiful ministry online, www.adamsroadministry.com. This event is free but we will be blessed with an opportunity to give a love-offering, so do come prepared.
HK PICK-UP UPDATE: Parents, all HK 3 children will need to be picked up in the Highlands Kids hallway rather than the cafe. After church services end, we will no longer release children to exit through the cafe. You may pick them up through the HK hallway. This is a safety measure to further protect our awesome littles. Thank you for understanding and making the effort to forge a new pick-up pattern/habit.
HK FUNDRAISER: Don’t forget to stop by our Highlands Kids fundraiser table, beside the cafe. Pick an envelope, place the specified amount of money into the envelope, and drop it in the box on the table, offering bucket, or wall safe…THEN, watch for the woodland wonderland to come to life!
CHOIR UPDATE: Our next choir practice will be Wednesday, August 4th, immediately following Family Night Live. We will be working on the set for our CommUNITY event at the fairgrounds! Don’t miss it!
UPDATED TIME for our CommUNITY EVENT: Wed., August 18th, beginning at 6:30 pm (rather than 6), at the Fentress County Fairgrounds, we are having a community-wide worship service during fair week! Keep this awesome event in prayer and do be sure to come out and worship!

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD: It is time to ramp up our OCC efforts! Don’t wait! Please bring jump ropes, soap, small toys for boys and girls, socks, pencil sharpeners, and erasers. Feel free to make necklaces, games, etc. This mission helps spread God’s love!
OPPORTUNITY TO SERVE IN CAFE: We are always looking to expand our team of loving, serving, smiling helpers in our cafe. If you would like to be part of this wonderful ministry, please sign up to serve!
WE NEED HELPING HANDS in HIGHLANDS KIDS: We have been blessed beyond measure with an abundance of children this Summer! And we are rejoicing! However, we need some extra hearts and hands to serve these beautiful young disciples. CAFE: Beverages and light snacks will be served 30 minutes before Sunday morning celebration. A light meal is served before Wednesday’s Family Night Live. (Due to Dan Bremnes being with us this Wed, we will not have dinner in the cafe.)
WORSHIP/WORD: Sunday Worship begins at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, Family Night Live starts at 6:00 p.m. You don’t want to miss either celebration!
TIME OF PRAYER: Join us for prayer in the sanctuary Wednesdays, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. Please respect individuals’ quiet, contemplative time of prayer. Reserve conversations for outside the sanctuary. Thank you for being considerate of others. (Due to Dan Bremnes being with us this Wed, we will not have prayer in the sanctuary, but please do cover this special event/evening in prayer.)
