HK PAINT DATE: Join us Tuesday, July 20th, beginning at 9 a.m. as we begin painting the HK hallway. Everyone is welcome!
HK PICK-UP UPDATE: Parents, all HK 3 children will need to be picked up in the Highlands Kids hallway rather than the cafe. After church services end, we will no longer release children to exit through the cafe. You may pick them up through the HK hallway. This is a safety measure to further protect our awesome littles. Thank you for understanding and making the effort to forge a new pick-up pattern/habit.
HK FUNDRAISER: Don’t forget to stop by our Highlands Kids fundraiser table, beside the cafe. Pick an envelope, place the specified amount of money into the envelope, and drop it in the box on the table, offering bucket, or wall safe…THEN, watch for the woodland wonderland to come to life!
BAPTISM CLASS: If you are being baptized at the river this Sunday, you will need to attend our Wednesday evening (July 21st) baptism, class. This class will give you a clear understanding of baptism and why it’s such an important step in a believer’s life. It’s truly a blessing designed for us!
RIVER BAPTISM/CHURCH PICNIC: THIS Sunday, JULY 25th, at 1 pm, we will gather at the river for our baptism and picnic (SGT. Alvin York State Park/Grist Mill, 2609 North York HWY., Pall Mall, TN). The church has reserved a pavilion for Sunday and is providing pulled pork, hot dogs, tea, and water, so be sure to bring your picnic foods to share! Sign up this Wed. and attend the class, if you would like to be baptized!
SUMMER NIGHT LIVE SERIES, Wednesday, July 28th: We are so excited to welcome Dan Bremnes, at 6 pm on Wednesday, July 28th! Invite family, friends, and especially folks that don’t know our King. This event is free, but we do ask that you support this artist/minister with an appropriate love offering.
SUNDAY SUMMER NIGHT LIVE, August 1st, 6 pm: Adam’s Road will be joining us for a powerful time of worship and ministry! Check out this beautiful ministry online, www.adamsroadministry.com. This event is free but we will be blessed with an opportunity to give a love-offering, so do come prepared.
CHOIR UPDATE: Our next choir practice will be Wednesday, August 4th, immediately following Family Night Live.
CommUNITY EVENT: WEDNESDAY., August 18th, 6 pm., at the Fentress County Fairgrounds, we are having a community-wide worship service during fair week! Keep this awesome event in prayer.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD: It is time to ramp up our OCC efforts! Don’t wait! Please bring jump ropes, soap, small toys for boys and girls, socks, pencil sharpeners, and erasers. Feel free to make necklaces, games, etc. This mission helps spread God’s love!

WE NEED HELPING HANDS in HIGHLANDS KIDS: We have been blessed beyond measure with an abundance of children this Summer! And we are rejoicing! WORSHIP/WORD: Sunday Worship begins at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, Family Night Live starts at 6:00 p.m. You don’t want to miss either celebration! TIME OF PRAYER: Join us for prayer in the sanctuary Wednesdays, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. Please respect individuals’ quiet, contemplative time of prayer.
