CAFE: Beverages and light snacks will be served 30 minutes prior to morning services with a light meal being served prior to Wednesday night services. 

WORSHIP/WORD:  Sunday worship starts at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday Worship starts at 6:00 p.m.     

TIME OF PRAYER:  Join us for prayer in the sanctuary this Wednesday from 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.  Please respect individuals quiet, contemplative time of prayer.  If you would like to have a conversation with someone, please ask them to join you outside of the sanctuary to speak with them.  Thank you for being considerate of others.  

COMMUNITY GROUPS:  Our Community Groups are ramping up.  Be sure to check the board on the wall by the cafe for more information and to see which group you would like to participate in.

NIGHT OF WORSHIP AND DANCE: Sunday evening, Feb. 28th, 6pm CT, The Centered Companies will be with us for a time of celebration and worship! It is an honor to welcome back The Centre School of Dance from Cookeville, TN! They’ll be sharing their ministry dance pieces with us. It will be a beautiful evening of fellowship and worship to our King!   

HOLY WEEK, MARCH 29 – APRIL 2, 2021:  The Methodist Church will be hosting Holy Week from noon to 1:00 p.m., with a different church Pastor speaking each day.  Pastor Jason will be speaking on Friday, April 2nd.  This is a wonderful opportunity to show unity in our community and all are encouraged to attend!  GIVING STATEMENTS:  The 2020 giving statements are available.  For those of you that have been unable to attend services, we have mailed your statement.  For those attending, statements are in the office for pick up during office hours or after services.  Thank you so much for your faithful support!    

SIGN UP TO SERVE:  We have several opportunities for you to get involved here at Highlands.  There are sign up sheets on the information table for the following areas:  Praise Team/Musicians; Sound/Media/Lighting; Highlands Kids Department; Cafe.  Sign up and join us in blessing Highlands Church of the Cumberlands with your service.    

SOCIAL DISTANCING:  You can join us for Sunday service and be comfortable in an area that has been designated for those who wish to practice social distancing.  Our greeters will be happy to direct you to that section.  

PRAYER REQUESTS: If you have any prayer requests for the prayer team (ie. death in your family, a testimony, a word, or any other announcements-pending approval), send them to highlandscotc@gmail.com. If the prayer request is pertaining to anyone other than yourself, please ensure you have that person’s permission prior to sharing.
