LIVE WEDNESDAY NIGHT SERVICES BEGIN AGAIN! This Wednesday, December 9th, we will have corporate prayer in the sanctuary from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. The cafe will open at 5:30 and video worship will begin at 6:00 p.m. for approximately 15 minutes, followed by a wonderful time in the Word with Pastor Jason. SOCIAL DISTANCING: You can now join us for Sunday service and be comfortable in an area that has been designated for those who wish to practice social distancing. Our greeters will be happy to direct you to the section to the left of the sound booth that has been “roped” off with signage.
FINGER FOOD AND SWEET TREATS: Please bring your favorite finger food, sweet treat or beverage to share Sunday evening, December 13th, as we gather in the cafe, following the Curt Anderson concert, for the ugly sweater Christmas party extravaganza.
CURT ANDERSON IN CONCERT: Mark your calendars and join us this Sunday, December 13th, at 6:00 p.m. (CT) for our Curt Anderson Ugly Sweater Christmas Party Extravaganza. This is a FREE concert (no tickets necessary, however, we will receive a love offering for Curt) and we will be hosting the Ugly Sweater Christmas Party immediately following the concert in the cafe. The ugliest sweater will win a basket full of Curt Anderson goodies. So find that sweater that’s been hiding in the back of your closet and don’t miss this opportunity to come out, enjoy great music and have lots of fun and fellowship!!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED in Highlands Kids (HK) Dept.: If you are interested in being a part of our HK team, please fill out a card on the kids’ welcome desk or contact Pastor Ami Watson, 931-397-6732, or watsonami5@gmail.com . Positions available: Kids Welcome Desk Volunteers (greeting families and signing in children); Teachers (HK2 – ages 4-6); Teacher’s Helper/Assistant.
***UPDATE! Highlands Kids classes: Ages 0-3 years are in HK1 classroom. Make sure all personal items are labeled. Ages 4-12 years are in the HK3 classroom. HK3 entry and pick up is in the cafe. Temperature checks and cleaning hands are required for entry. Please take your child to the bathroom before class starts. There will be a dismissal sign in the sanctuary after offering and announcements. Thanks for being patient during this time.
